Mail your books after you pay the deposit.
- Bag each book Each logbook in its own zip-top bag. No paper clips, sticky notes or rubber bands on the pages.
- Use a sturdy box A box, not a padded envelope. Fill the gaps so the books can’t slide.
- Add a prepaid return label Required: a prepaid return label addressed to you, in the box (agreement Section 5.2). We ship your books back with it.
- Add the packing slip Fill it in on this page and print it, or write your name, quote number and number of books on a sheet.
- Ship with tracking USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx. Add insurance and a signature if offered. You pay shipping both ways.
- Send us the tracking number Reply to your quote email with it. We email you when your books arrive.
Before you ship, take phone photos of your most recent pages, just in case.
Scanning your own pages
Use a scanning app
On iPhone, the Notes app has Scan Documents. On Android, use Google Drive’s Scan. Both make clean PDFs.
Whole page, flat, in good light
Every edge of the page in the frame, including the column headings and the totals at the bottom. No shadows or fingers over the writing.
Every page, in order
One PDF per logbook is ideal. Include pages with only totals or remarks. For two-page spreads, scan both pages.
Upload with your private link
We email you a private upload link with your deposit invoice. Please don’t send logbook pages as email attachments.
